This work is a critical reflection upon the highrise in Brussels, more specifically the South Tower. I challenge the relevance of this building through the lens of conservation and with that dismiss the studio's request for a small intervention. I propose a bottom-up re-use. Testing it to reality by creating a 1:20 model and a detailed cost analysis.
